This Privacy Policy explains how Killa Lips (“Killa Lips”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit killalips.com (the “Site”), make a purchase, or sign up for our emails.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, contact us or subscribe to our emails, we collect details such as your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number and order history. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment providers’ secure forms; we do not see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site we collect device and usage information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, products added to cart, referring website and the date and time of your visit. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see “Cookies” below).

How we use your information

• To process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, and handle returns and refunds.
• To manage your account and provide customer support.
• To send you marketing emails about new products, promotions and discount codes, if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• To understand how the Site is used and improve our products, website and advertising.
• To detect and prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and to keep the Site secure.
• To comply with our legal and tax obligations.

Who we share your information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our store, and only as needed for them to do so:

• Payment processors: Stripe (card payments) and PayPal, which process your payment securely. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy and PayPal’s Privacy Statement.
• Website platform and hosting: our store runs on WordPress and WooCommerce and is hosted by Hostinger.
• Email marketing: EmailOctopus stores the email address you provide when you subscribe and sends our newsletters. Their sign-up forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam.
• Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) and Google Ads conversion tracking help us understand Site traffic and measure the performance of our ads. See Google’s Privacy Policy; you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Affiliate program: GoAffPro tracks referrals from our affiliates so we can pay commissions. If you arrive through an affiliate link, a cookie records the referral.
• Shipping carriers, who receive your name, address and contact details to deliver your order.
• Legal requirements: we may disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect our rights, customers or others.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use:

• Essential cookies that make the store work, such as keeping items in your cart (woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart, wp_woocommerce_session_*) and keeping you signed in to your account.
• Analytics and advertising cookies from Google that help us measure visits and ad performance.
• Affiliate cookies from GoAffPro that credit referrals.
• Preference cookies and local storage that remember, for example, that you have already closed one of our pop-ups.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the cart and checkout from working. To limit interest-based advertising, visit Google Ad Settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page.

How long we keep your information

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Email subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights”).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, download or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent to marketing at any time. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion, and will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of the European Economic Area and the UK may also complain to their local data protection authority.

Security

The Site uses SSL encryption, and payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last revised.
